Lead generation results vary. We do not guarantee lead volume, lead quality, contact rate, response rate, appointment rate, application rate, approval rate, closing rate, revenue, profitability, return on investment, market access, exclusivity, or any specific business outcome.

- Use leads only for lawful and permitted purposes

- Honor unsubscribe, opt-out, do-not-call, STOP, and revocation requests
- Maintain appropriate records of communications and consent where required
- Protect lead data using reasonable security safeguards
- Not resell, transfer, assign, share, upload, publish, or distribute leads without written permission

Payment terms may include deposits, setup fees, recurring charges, lead charges, retainers, minimum commitments, advertising budgets, cancellation terms, or other billing requirements.
Unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement or applicable order form, all fees are non-refundable.
We may suspend or terminate services for late payment, failed payment, chargebacks, disputed charges, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable agreement.
